By signing a contract, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with using our services.

Celestial Web Solutions offers the following services:
– Website design and development, Website Maintenance
– Ads Management
– E-commerce solutions
– UX/UI
– Other IT-related services as agreed upon in writing.
The scope of services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the Client.
The Client agrees to:
1. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the execution of the project.
2. Obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, or consents for materials (e.g., images, logos, content) provided to Celestial Web Solutions.
3. Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timelines. Delays in feedback may affect project deadlines.
4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana.

1. Pricing: All services will be provided at the rates specified in the Service Agreement or Proposal.
2. Payment Schedule:
– A non-refundable deposit of [60%] of the total project cost is required before work begins.
– Subsequent payments will be made according to the milestones outlined in the Service Agreement.
– Final payment is due upon project completion and before the delivery of the final product.
3. Payment Methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed-upon methods.
4. Late Payments: Late payments will incur a penalty of [5%] per month on the outstanding balance.

2. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late feedback, incomplete information) may result in adjustments to the timeline and additional charges.
1. Upon full payment, the Client will own the final deliverables, including the website design, and content created specifically for the Client.
2. Celestial Web Solutions retains the right to use any pre-existing templates, tools, or frameworks used in the project.
3. The Client grants Celestial Web Solutions a non-exclusive license to display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

1. The Client is entitled to [five] rounds of revisions for each deliverable.
2. Additional revisions or significant changes to the project scope will incur extra charges at our standard hourly rate.

2. In the event of termination, the Client will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

2. Our total liability for any claim related to the services will not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with Ghanaian law.
